This new mezcal comes from two special family ranches in Oaxaca, the first is from San Juan Del Rio, a quaint little town on the mountain that receives the cleanest water from the rain.
The second family ranch is Rancho Buenaventura which is 5 minutes south of the city of Nochixtlan.
This mezcal will be ready for sale at the end of the Summer of 2010. Check back for tasting events coming soon.
Sacacuento will be offered in Anejo (aged for 1 yr), Reposado (aged for 3 mos) and Silver (straight out of the distillation process).
