Quita Choni

In Spanish, quita means “pull down” and “choni” means underwear. That’s right, we said it.

•1 shot Sacacuento Silver
•1 shot of champagne
•A half shot of pomegranate juice
•A pinch of ginger

Mezcal Margarita

• 1 ½ oz of Mezcal
• ½ oz of Triple Sec
• 1 oz lemon juice
• Dash of natural syrup

Prepared either on the rocks or blended as with a typical tequila margarita.

Amancer Oaxaqueno

• 1 ½ oz of Mezcal
• ½ oz of Triple Sec
• Dash of lemon juice
• Pineapple juice
• Dash of Grenadine

Place in high-ball glass, add mescal, triple sec, lemon and pineapple juices. Dash grenadine on top and then add pineapple and cherries.

Worm in the Apple

• 1 ½ oz of Mezcal
• ½ Blue curacao
• Dash of lemon juice
• Mint leaves
• Natural syrup
• Top with Lemon Lime soda

Place mint leaves in a long cup, the syrup, the lemon juice and muddle. Add ice cubes, mezcal, blue curacao and lemon lime soda.

Bloody Mezcal

• 1 ½ oz of Mezcal
• ½ oz of lemon juice
• Dash of Tabasco
• Dash Worchester
• Tomato juice
• Pinch black pepper

Prepared as a regular Bloody Mary
